Acknowledgment of Country

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we live, work, and gather in Perth, Western Australia. We recognise the unique and enduring relationship that Aboriginal people have with this land, which has spanned tens of thousands of years.

We specifically acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which we are privileged to operate. We honour their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge their ongoing connection to this beautiful land, its waters, and its cultural significance.

We respect the knowledge, wisdom, and cultural practices that have been passed down through countless generations of Aboriginal peoples. As visitors on this land, we are committed to learning from Aboriginal communities and working in partnership to ensure a just and equitable future for all.

We encourage all visitors and community members to join us in acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of this land and contributing to the journey of reconciliation. Together, we can honour and celebrate the culture, heritage, and legacy of the Whadjuk people and their connection to Country.

We stand on Aboriginal land. We walk together.
